Anand Krishnan Prakash

I completed my Master's in Energy Science, Technology and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BITS Goa, India. My research focuses on using network connected devices in buildings for monitoring and optimized controls to improve building operations. I am also involved in several projects that study grid-building interactions for demand response, resilience and load flexibility. I'm currently involved in the ASHRAE S231p standard development and support the LBNL team in their ASHRAE S223p standard development efforts. I'm also pursuing a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University - I'm looking for topics to collaborate on, so if you have any ideas, please reach out!
