Perhaps you have already heard of IoT – Internet of Things. IoT is pretty much meaningless without a purpose: how does it help anyone? We have developed a framework, complementing products/ecosystem that seamlessly integrate IoT technologies, Smart Grid standards, and AI assistants to help us all save money, save energy and save the planet.

Michel Kohanim joined Universal Devices in 2007 when their vision was just a set of slides and disparate codes in different computers. He has guided their development to being the first company to bring affordable, standalone, and web based home automation to the market via a web-based, autonomous/standalone, and retail home automation product. Mr. Kohanim earned an MS in Artificial Intelligence from Santa Clara University and a BS in Computer Science from USC.
