Bio

Jibran Zuberi has an engineering background and research experience of working on topics related to industrial energy efficiency, integrated energy systems, emissions reduction, etc. He joined Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in January 2021 as Postdoctoral Research Scholar. His current research is focused on developing decarbonization strategies mainly for industrial systems, identifying limitations, risks, and benefits of emerging clean energy technologies, and highlighting key/targeted RD&D opportunities. Previous positions he held include Postdoctoral Researcher at Institute for Environmental Sciences - University of Geneva, Management Associate at Midas Safety - Beltexco Ltd., and Internee at Engro Polymer and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd.
