Fan Dai has a Ph.D. in Environmental Policy at the College of Environmental Science and Forestry, State University of New York, and a LL.M. from the Berkeley School of Law, University of California. Fan’s research during her stay in LBNL’s China Energy Group focused on Energy Efficiency Governance, U.S.-China Clean Energy Partnership, the Carbon Cap-and-Trade Program in California and what China can learn from California’s program. Prior to LBNL, she interned at the China National Center for Climate Change Strategy and International Cooperation (NCSC), China Youth Action Climate Network (CYCAN), and China State Forestry Agency. She received an M.P.A. and LL.B. from Beijing Forestry University.
