Wei Qi is an assistant professor at the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University. Prior to McGill, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the China Energy Group of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. He earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at UC Berkeley in 2015. His research interest is in smart city modeling and analytics, with emphasis on energy and transportation.
