ETA seminars are shared with remote participants via Zoom. Interested parties can call-in to listen to the audio portion and login online to view the presenter's slides. If you are not interested in having your seminar available via phone or web, or both, please let your host know. We may use Zoom to record the seminar. The audio recordings of the seminars are posted after the seminar to eta.lbl.gov/news/past-seminars

Seminars are calendared to start at 12:00 noon, but usually start at 12:05pm. The host will introduce the speaker. Speakers should plan to stop at 12:50pm or earlier to allow time for questions. The host will thank the audience at 1:00p and allow for people to leave, and then wait 3-5 minutes to allow the speaker to continuing answering questions.
