Nan Zhou Delivers Keynote Speech

Nan Zhou recently delivered a keynote speech and participated in a panel discussion on “The Energy Transformation Imperative” at the World Sustainable Development Forum (WSDF).

Zhou discussed the techno-economic potential in key emerging economies to increase electrification rates across the transport, industrial, and buildings sectors, to reduce final energy demand by 2050.

WSDF brings together powerful political leaders and heads of industry, non-government organizations, academic institutions, and others to spur collective action to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

The Forum, held on February 1-2, 2018, in Mexico City, was co-sponsored by the Government of Mexico City, the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, and Climate Finance Partners.
