Our Program Development Office works with a variety of public and private stakeholders to incorporate ETA research results into products and strategies that benefit society—speeding innovations and energy savings from the lab to the marketplace. Partnerships are integral to ETA's success as a catalyst in the energy-efficiency marketplace, providing an extraordinary rate of return on the U.S. Department of Energy’s research investment over the past three decades. From the outset, our focus has been on a coordinated technological and deployment-oriented strategy for addressing the world’s most critical energy and environment challenges, working across the globe with collaborators in industry, utilities, federal agencies, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), state and local governments, and universities.
